Rowland learned the value of hard work growing up on a small tobacco farm in Eastern North Carolina. After graduating from Campbell University, he lived at the beach while working for Sprint. It was during that time he met someone who worked in real estate, and this caught his attention. In 2003, Rowland decided to chase his dreams and moved to New Bern to start what has become a successful real estate career. He’s been helping families buy and sell real estate for roughly 16 years. If you were to ask him, he would easily tell you he is also blessed with an amazing wife, Courtney, and three magnificent children, Emma, Isaac and Ava.
