Courtney Bowen
Bringing a strong sense of organization and enthusiasm, Courtney truly enjoys her position as CFO for Rowland & The Homes Sales Team. Originally from Northern California, Courtney has considered Eastern North Carolina home since 2000. After graduating from UNCW, Courtney enjoyed a 10 year teaching career, having taught both overseas and here in NC with Onslow and Craven County Schools. Seeing the value and support she could apply to her husband's real estate business, she decided to make a career change to assist her husband, Rowland, in the field of Real Estate. Her two kids, Isaac & Ava, made this family-based decision all the more valuable. She began working with her husband in January 2015 after she earned her NC Real Estate Brokers License and enjoys overseeing all administrative aspects of the team.
