The real estate market in Craven County is following suit with our weather and days…it is heating up and shining brighter for longer!

Due to continued low inventory levels, high demand for our area, and the spring moving season showing up, the local real estate market is in a great spot for both buyers and sellers. In looking at real estate data without insight, it is easy to come to the conclusion that the real estate market is bad.
