Katie has always been passionate about serving others. Originally from Florida, she now proudly considers North Carolina home. When she arrived in New Bern in 2014, she immediately fell in love with everything the community offers. Today, she has firmly planted her roots here alongside her husband, Jonathan, and their children, Anna and Elliott.

Working in New Bern real estate allows Katie to enjoy a unique blend of historic downtown charm and miles of untouched waterfront. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and completed a year of graduate studies in Social Work before deciding to pursue real estate full-time. That background fuels her commitment to communication, client advocacy, and service. Katie thrives on the challenge real estate presents—especially when it comes to negotiating on behalf of her clients. Her priority is to maintain clear and consistent communication with buyers and sellers from start to finish.
