Rowland learned the value of hard work growing up on a small tobacco farm in Eastern North Carolina—lessons that continue to guide him today in his real estate career. After graduating from Campbell University, he spent several years living by the coast and working in the corporate world, where his passion for connecting with people first took root. During that time, an introduction to the world of real estate sparked an interest that would soon become his calling. In 2003, Rowland followed that passion to New Bern, where he began helping families buy, sell and invest in homes across Eastern North Carolina. Known for his dedication, honesty, and down-to-earth approach, Rowland takes pride in building lasting relationships with his clients and helping them find the perfect place to call home. When he’s not working with clients, Rowland enjoys fishing, playing basketball, coaching his kids’ sports teams, and cheering on New Bern High School and the New Bern SouthPaws. He feels truly blessed to share life’s adventures with his amazing wife, Courtney, and their three wonderful children—Emma, Isaac, and Ava.
